Returns and Changes

In our customer service department we have an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 15 days to return it or 30 days to change it, from the date of delivery of the item.

Process changes and returns.

You have 15 days to proceed with the return from the date of delivery of the item and a period of 30 days for changes from the date of delivery of the item.

The easiest way to make a change or return is by contacting us by email info@vomovo.net or by phone or whatsapp at +34 644 217 331, once it is accepted, send us the item to our facilities by agency, assuming the customer costs of the return. You will find the our address invoice.

It is not allowed to make changes through the online store, you will have to return the item and make a new online purchase.

It is important that items for change or return are properly wrapped.

Process right of withdrawal

You have right to withdraw from the contract without justification within a period of 14 days from the delivery of the item. Refund procedure is applied with same provisions as for return case.

Refund

Once we receive the item(s) in our workshop and its condition has been verified, VOMOVO will admit the return of the item, proceeding to refund the amount of the order paid, including the initial shipping costs, within a maximum period of 14 days from when we receive the withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment procedure chosen by the customer when making the purchase.

Changes or returns of engraved, personalized or special order items, such as wedding bands, will not be accepted.

In case of withdrawal, you will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
